Obviously, the rivulets atop the letters will go all the way to the water at the top. I still have to figure out why it looks crooked despite a myriad of grids and rulings proclaiming it straight. |

You have darker colors on the text and stone (slightly)on the left which causes the slightly crooked look. Though the weight in the text (and also the three taller letters at left) may be causing the stone to look a bit darker there. Reversing the background so that the dark green area is behind the room part should balance it out.
